5 things WWE got right at Hell in a Cell 2021: Drew McIntyre out of championship picture; Alexa Bliss controls minds

#3 Alexa Bliss picked up a victory over Shayna Baszler at WWE Hell in a Cell

After the bizarre events of WWE RAW over the past couple of weeks, Alexa Bliss took on Shayna Baszler at WWE Hell in a Cell. Baszler was looking to take Bliss out for good and take the fight to her from the opening bell after Reginald caused a distraction early on.

Bliss seemed unmoved and toyed with her opponents throughout the early part of the match. The Goddess seemed to control Baszler’s head for some time as she forced her to look into her eyes and immediately release a wristlock.

The Queen of Spades stomped down on Bliss’s arm and went back to some of her signature offense. However, she could not keep the upper hand for long.

Bliss hypnotized Nia Jax to mirror her movements and slap Reginald. She escaped a Kirifuda Clutch and delivered Sister Abigail, followed by Twisted Bliss, to pick up the victory at Hell in a Cell.

The match was odd, but both the women involved gave it their best in the ring. Bliss’s facial expressions have been on point for some time now, and she is wholly invested in the character.

She could end up taking over Jax and Baszler’s minds before heading to the top of the RAW women’s division following Hell in a Cell. One can hope that the creative team will do justice to the effort Bliss has been putting into this character.
