While some might find that statement a bit condescending, as Gable the skills to be more than a mid-card player in the WWE, but the harsh reality of Vince McMahon's wrestling world is that he may never rise above the mark that was et for him. But if the man himself is going to force his way into the main event scene in the company, performances like the one he belted out on Raw this week will do him a world of good.

And one of the bright ideas the creative team got on Raw this week was to team up Gable and Bobby Roode of all people to take on The Ascension in tag team action. This pairing might be random, but it could end up being the pairing that helps further both these men's careers. And when Gable is taking down opponents twice his size in just half the time, it is a match worth watching. Hopefully, WWE can find a way to evolve both Roode and Gable's Raw runs' from here.
