#5 Bobby Roode, the vanilla babyface
When Bobby Roode made his NXT debut in 2016, he quickly turned into the hottest heels down at Full Sail University, and fans couldn’t wait to witness Roode tear the house down with huge babyfaces such as AJ Styles, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor on the main roster.
However, WWE chose to turn Roode from the hottest heel in the company to the most boring babyface on the main roster. Moreover, the only thing that could warrant Roode as a credible babyface is the popularity of his theme song, and that too has gotten stale at this point.
This week on Raw, Roode battled Elias in a reasonably competitive match, but once again this match had no real backstory, and even though Bobby picked up the win, WWE is missing a huge opportunity in keeping character his stagnant
