#4 Booking of the Tag Teams
Do you even remember when was the last time we saw the RAW Tag Team Champions on the show? The booking of tag teams on the main roster has been extremely disappointing. Compare it to the one in NXT, where the tag team division is given proper focus and attention.

It is so sad to see teams like The Ascension, Sanity, and many others, who once ruled the division in NXT, being buried on the main roster. Vince McMahon needs to learn how important the Tag Team division is for a show.
#3 The freedom of the commentators
Commentators are one of the most integral yet often easily overlooked part of a wrestling show. The intensity and interest of calling the in-ring action play a huge role in the success of any match.
Is there any comparison between the commentary quality of the main roster and NXT? On one hand, we have Michael Cole and his repetitive and dull commentary, and then we have Mauro Ronallo and his mic work that clearly shows how passionate the guy is.
One main reason for the not-so-impressive commentary on the main roster is Vince constantly being in the ears of Cole and team, while Triple H gives enough freedom to his commentators to be themselves.
