Seth Rollins reminded Roman Reigns that Edge would have won the title at WWE Money in the Bank if it wasn’t for him. Edge and Rollins brawled their way back before the biggest surprise of Money in the Bank made its appearance.

Reigns took the microphone and said: "Now the whole world can acknowledge me." Right then, John Cena came out to arguably the biggest pop of the night. Cena took the spotlight away from The Tribal Chief and ran the ropes.

He did not say a word to the Universal Champion but delivered his signature hand gesture as the show went off the air. Fans were waiting for Cena to return and confront the Universal Champion.

Even though WWE could have waited until SmackDown for the big return, the creative team decided to bring back The Champ at Money in the Bank. The segment helped WWE build towards two massive rivalries for SummerSlam in one go.

It will be interesting to see how WWE RAW tops this one as it looks like SmackDown will have the bigger matches on the card for The Biggest Party of the Summer.
