There isn't a fan in the WWE Universe that didn't feel for Heavy Machinery during the Elimination Chamber match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship and it hurt to see the pair come up short. What hurt even worse, however, was seeing Otis come so close to exacting his revenge on Dolph Ziggler, only to see it come crashing down.
It came crashing down hard, in fact, as Ziggler was able to dodge a charging Otis at the last second, which sent the monster of a man through a chamber pod. The move had fans going nuts and left some wondering if he was okay, but it ultimately achieved the desired effect of protecting the pair in defeat.
In the end, Heavy Machinery might not have much hope for tag gold right now, but there is definitely something to follow up on with Ziggler and Robert Roode. To do that, however, WWE is going to have to build up Heavy Machinery's momentum again and that starts with a big win, some time soon.
