#3. Create an overarching narrative

If there is one singular thing that the Women's Tag Team division is lacking right now, it's an overarching storyline to bring things together.. Sure, there are a few other divisions that have the same issues, but, the Women's Tag Team division seems to suffer the most from this problem.
For example, while Brock Lesnar as WWE Champion remains one of the most polarizing decisions made by the company, it is one that enforces a narrative of an unbeatable heel champion. A man that can destroy your hero in a matter of minutes and leave him in a crumpled heap before he is dragged to the back of the championship line.
