WWE needs to make the women's tag team division personal again.

Whether it's The Universal title picture or The Women's Tag Team titles, one sure way to generate interest in a division is to find a way to make it personal. A perfect example of this was when The Fiend started to target The Miz's family and even his own child during their feud, which drew a lot of attention from fans.

Of course, it's not always easy to find a way to make things personal between various pairs of women, but they definitely have the potential to do so. In fact, between how much the company has been moving towards this kind of storytelling and the success they have had with it, one has to wonder why they haven't done this yet?

In the end, WWE have proved that they are capable of telling a compelling story and they just need to focus more on doing so in the Women's Tag Team division. Maybe it takes a while to put all the pieces in place and make fans actually care about these teams again, but making it personal will definitely help with that.
