#4 WWE must not rely too much on cliffhanger storytelling on the road to WrestleMania 37

While WWE can sometimes leave fans hanging on the edge of their seats with a nice, juicy cliffhanger heading towards WrestleMania, it doesn't always work out that way. Unfortunately for WWE fans, the company has struggled with that over the last couple of months, making cliffhangers pretty much a hit or miss affair.
Kevin Owens attacking Roman Reigns on SmackDown was a pretty chaotic way to end the show, especially considering Edge's WrestleMania choice was the focus of the segment, and it left a lot of questions unanswered. Superstars like Alexa Bliss, however, have gone from being teased for a title run, to being eliminated from The Royal Rumble in a matter of minutes.
In all honesty, WWE needs to avoid overusing the cliffhanger trope on the road to WrestleMania unless they are willing to make it meaningful. No pointless red herrings, no filling time. Just definitive answers to questions that make fans want to follow along with what is happening.
