#1. AJ Styles shut down Grayson Waller on WWE NXT 2.0
Grayson Waller was overconfident before his match against AJ Styles on WWE NXT 2.0. He talked himself up backstage and threatened to go after Roman Reigns and other top superstars next.
Once their match got going, Styles used his experience to wear down the newcomer. Waller struggled to get the better of The Phenomenal One for some time.

The heel started to use underhanded tactics to keep the veteran at bay. He tried to go for the Styles Clash himself, but The Phenomenal One fought out of it. After exchanging some great moves, Styles pinned Waller with the Phenomenal Forearm.
Waller’s night went from bad to worse quickly as LA Knight arrived to lay him out. He sent the heel running before Styles and Knight embraced in the ring to bring the show to a close.
Waller delivered in the contest and showed why the NXT 2.0 creative team had put so much effort into him. Styles gave him a memorable match and put him over for some time. Knight’s return allows NXT to smoothly transition into another rivalry to carry on The Waller Effect.
