#2. Bron Breakker found backup on WWE NXT

Santos Escobar called out Bron Breakker on WWE NXT. He trash-talked a little before the champion arrived.

Breakker told Escobar to fight him for the title whenever he was ready.

The leader of Legado del Fantasma walked away and sent Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde to attack him. However, they were no match for the champion.

Later backstage, Escobar confronted Breakker. He told the champ to find a partner or face Wilde and Mendoza in a handicap match. Tommaso Ciampa returned to back up the champ and end the segment.

It's great to see Ciampa back on television after he took some time off. He has already given Breakker a good rub. An alliance between the two men will help him get over the top.

#1. Pete Dunne attacked Tony D'Angelo on WWE NXT

Tony D'Angelo and Cameron Grimes competed in the main event of WWE NXT. Both men were looking to earn a shot at the North American Championship.

D'Angelo started well and put Grimes on the backdoor. The Technical Savage fought from underneath and took the fight to the heel.

Pete Dunne showed up towards the end of the match to smack D'Angelo with a cricket bat. It allowed Grimes to hit Cave In for the win.

It was good to have Dunne back on the show after he picked up a loss to D'Angelo. The two men can put on some good matches before ending their rivalry.

The match was well done, and Grimes will prove to be a good challenger for The A Champion.
