#3 Loony Lumis
It’s no secret that Dexter Lumis has been stalking, threatening, and attacking the members of The Undisputed Era for weeks, and Roderick Strong seems like the person most affected by the creepy NXT Superstar’s antics.
This week, Lumis was set to compete in a match against Strong, but it was obvious that the latter hadn’t been able to overcome his personal demons, even after a magnificent therapy session with Kyle O’Reilly.
Bobby Fish accompanied Strong out to the middle and tried several times to ensure that he does not run away from the fight and faces his fears. Lumis stood still in the ring for a few minutes before he started to follow his opponent around the ring.
Roderick Strong needs to get his mojo back on WWE NXT
The referee counted him out as he ran away, leaving Fish in the middle to call him back. This allowed Lumis the perfect opportunity to lock him in a submission hold to end the segment.
While there was no real match between these two men this week, it seems like the NXT creatives are doing well to keep the story ticking and giving Lumis a chance to shine against Undisputed Era. This could lead to a partnership between Lumis and The Velveteen Dream down the line.
