Sami Zayn helped find the man who stole Vince McMahon’s Cleopatra’s Egg on WWE RAW. The thief was revealed to be Austin Theory. Instead of punishing the thief, Vince awarded Theory a WWE Championship match against Big E.
Seth Rollins arrived to watch the main event up close as his future opponent took on Theory. The two superstars started well and Theory gained the advantage early. He made the mistake of slapping Big E and ticking the big man off.
Kevin Owens showed up in the middle of the match and taunted Big E from ringside. The distractions continued to pile on as both RAW Superstars tried to put on a good performance.
Seth Rollins attacked Big E’s injured leg just when it looked like he was ready to finish things off. KO also decided to get in on the action, and the distraction allowed Big E to hit the Big Ending for the win.
Theory’s week has been phenomenal, to say the least. He was part of Team RAW, which had four former world champions. Additionally, he got noticed as the man who stole the egg and then got a WWE Championship match. It looks like WWE is ready to push the young superstar to the top of RAW soon.
