Xavier Woods was humiliated by Bobby Lashley inside Hell in a Cell on WWE RAW last week. Neither man was able to come on this week’s RAW.

Instead, Kofi Kingston came out and spoke about having to watch his best friend be brutally attacked. He talked about how people disrespected Woods by not admitting that he was one of the finest performers in WWE.

After Kofi vented some of his anger, MVP came out with his entourage. He claimed that the idea of Kofi beating The All Mighty for the WWE Championship seemed ridiculous.

In return, the former WWE Champion recalled recent events to prove that he had what it takes. After a few verbal exchanges, Kofi blasted MVP with Trouble in Paradise to end the segment.

Kofi's emotions have allowed him to cut good promos. MVP and Kofi were fantastic in this segment and built up towards the WWE Championship match with ease.

Kofi’s attack could lead to MVP’s return to the ring for a potential tag team match at WWE Supershow.
