Remember the Raw Reunion episode, where The Ascension was buried by the NWO? Or last year's Raw 25th Anniversary episode, where DX and The Club buried The Revival?
Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
In both of these cases, these burials didn't help the teams one bit and they went on to fade into obscurity. The Ascension never recovered from that blow, despite being chock full of talent.
The Revival floundered on the main roster too, but somehow managed to recover over the course of the past few months. WWE doesn't need to bury a current Superstar or a tag-team on the episode, just for the sake of having a cool moment and shining the spotlight on a Superstar or a faction from the past. A simple reunion would do, which doesn't include a bunch of legends beating down a young, promising Superstar.

He has interviewed prominent pro wrestling personalities like Noam Dar, Angry Miz Girl, Brendan Cobbina, and Jesse Lambert. Abhilash is a big fan of AEW star Orange Cassidy, as he believes the former International Champion’s on-screen gimmick of an extremely lazy guy resonates with him.
Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
