#2 Assign female referees to all the bouts

Apart from having an all-female announce team WWE should also assign female referees to all the bouts. Over the past year, Jessica Carr has been serving as the female referee on NXT.

WWE should bring in more trained female officials to referee the bouts at Evolution. While it might not be possible for WWE to train more female referees in such a short time span, the company can also use former female stars as guest referees for a few featured bouts.

Assigning female referees to all the matches on the card would definitely be a step in the right direction.

#1 Book title change during the event

Multiple titles will be defended during Evolution with the Raw, SmackDown & NXT Women's Title all being up for grabs.

Ronda Rousey is scheduled to defend the Raw Women's Title against Nikki Bella and Becky Lynch will put her SmackDown Women's Title on the line against Charlotte Flair. Apart from the two title matches, the NXT Women's Title will be defended at the pay per view with Kairi Sane facing off against the former NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler.

WWE is usually cautious about title changes but when it comes to pay per views, we usually see more than one or two titles changing hands. So to make the event more memorable the WWE creative team needs to take a risk and book title changes during the event.
