The final match of WWE SmackDown saw Sasha Banks take on Bianca Belair. Banks had previously returned at WWE Extreme Rules to ruin the match between Belair and Becky Lynch.

During the Blue brand's latest show, Lynch came out to take her place at the commentary table for the main event. The Boss started the match well and took control early on. She escaped Belair’s grasp and took her down with some good moves.

Meanwhile, Becky Biceps kept talking about her accomplishments in WWE and put herself over. Her future opponents continued to beat each other down. The EST hit a modified Glam Slam for a near-fall. She followed it up with a handspring moonsault but could not put Banks away.

Banks fought back with double knees in the corner, followed by a frog splash. However, she was unable to defeat Belair that way. The SmackDown Women’s Champion soon distracted Belair, and Banks took advantage by scoring the win via a jackknife pinfall.

After the match, Charlotte Flair appeared out of nowhere and took down Banks with a big boot. She stood tall to close the show. The match was solid and allowed both women to deliver their best.

The distraction finish seemed like the best way to protect both women, as Lynch will defend her title against Banks and Belair at Crown Jewel later this month.

The Boss could then move on to a rivalry with Flair for the RAW Women’s Championship.
