Ronda Rousey teamed up with Naomi at Elimination Chamber 2022 to take on Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville in a tag team match. Given that Deville was wearing a cast, the match stipulated that Rousey needed to compete with one arm tied.

Unsurprisingly, it turned out to be a ruse from Deville, and Rousey took a big beating in the tag team match. However, Naomi's assistance and Ronda Rousey's performance resulted in the two babyfaces picking up the win.

WWE ensured to utilize Charlotte Flair minimally, likely to minimize any action against The Baddest Woman on the Planet. It was Sonya Deville who did the carrying for the team, but it wasn't enough.

Rousey's WrestleMania match against Flair was confirmed even before Elimination Chamber 2022, and the road to the gold has continued for the former RAW Women's Champion.

Nothing that has been done has indicated that The Queen will retain at The Show of Shows. Given how WWE deviated from the obvious money match between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair, it's clear that this will be the first of two consecutive WrestleMania appearances.

Even without mentioning Becky Lynch, everything that WWE has done with Rousey has subtly indicated that they will meet over a year from now.
