John Cena's character in WWE is of someone who's fearless and faces challenges head on. However, there are a few things that you just can't control. Cena found this out the hard way.
During the tour of Canada, Cena faced Scott Steiner despite having food poisoning. The intense match saw Steiner deliver a DDT and that made things worse for the leader of Cenation.
He knew he could not keep the food in his stomach for long and made his way to the outside of the ring quietly. Cena then went under the ring to vomit but couldn't do it as 'food was coming out of every end'.
Cena revealed this incident in an interview years later and said, “Losing control of all bodily functions, intestinal and gastrointestinal in a match in Hamilton, Ontario. I had food poisoning, tried to go out there and do it, just didn't work. [It was] coming out of every end. Yeah, it was rough."
