3: The different workout programs
While the core aim of DDP Yoga is to make you fit and healthy, it is given out in different programs. The DDP Yoga has five workout programs designed specifically for people starting out, intermediately experienced and experts. The DDP Yoga Combo, DDP Yoga Mix, and the DDP Yoga 1 are programs designed for beginner to advanced difficulties.
The DDP Yoga 2 program, meanwhile, is for Intermediate to advanced difficulty whereas, the DDP Extreme program is advanced difficulty only. Thought videos of all these are available on the internet; the full system of the DDP Yoga will have you be purchased.
