1: How it began
DDP’s association with the wrestling business had taken a toll on his body. He suffered a bad injury to his spinal discs in the late 90s and to escape from the same. Though he started out taking light yoga, DDP wanted something more intense and he started incorporating other forms of exercise, martial arts and a lot of other things to the regular yoga.
With a huge importance given to resistance and improved cardio levels, DDP came up with his own system which he later named as DDP Yoga. And to add his own touch to it, DDP started using his hand signal that he carried around during his professional wrestling career.
