After all was said and done, Shane McMahon needed to be stretchered away. But before he made his final exit, McMahon gave fans a sign he was going to be okay.

The 47-year-old was able to hold a thumbs up as high as he could muster while he was secured to the stretcher. It's a good thing he was able to get his hand free to give fans this universal sign that he's alright because by the looks of things he didn't appear to be unscathed.

Who knows how long it will be until Shane McMahon takes part in another match. But let's hope this is the last time we see him take this kind of risk for his own sake.
