Did Roman Reigns actually bleed?

Any fan who watched the main-event between Roman and Brock will have noticed how heavily Roman was bleeding at one point in the match. However, one interesting question fans are asking are, if the blood was real.

At this point, it does look like it was real blood because there was blood pouring from Reigns, which probably makes it too much for a blood capsule. It also looked like Roman had a cut on his head but we can't confirm that yet.
