#1 WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero

When it comes to cheating in matches, no wrestler in the WWE was better at doing it than the late Eddie Guerrero. Besides lying and stealing, cheating was something that Eddie was very notorious for doing. Not only would cheating would help him win matches, but it would also help him win championships.
Before Eddie's tragic passing, he was able to pull off his cheating tactics in his very last match. During a match with Mr. Kennedy, where the winner would be on the SmackDown Survivor Series Team, Eddie used his cheating ways to get the win against SmackDown's then-rising star.
Eddie would pull his classic cheating tactic by tossing Kennedy a steel chair, with the knocked-out referee gaining consciousness just in time to see Kennedy apparently "cheating."
Although it is not in character for the babyface to cheat in matches, it was fitting for Eddie as his cheating ways were one of the factors that rose him to Superstar status. It also helped established Eddie as one of the most beloved wrestlers in WWE of all time.
