4. John Cena vs The Legacy
John Cena and the Legacy gave the WWE audience a rivalry of a lifetime. It began in 2009, at Night of Champions PPV where Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase cost Cena the WWE Championship owing to their outside interference. The leader of the Legacy was Randy Orton, who beat Cena at SummerSlam in 2009. He used several underhand tactics to retain his title. This fueled the fire and made Cena even angrier. This led to an 'I Quit' match between the duo at Breaking Point where the world witnessed a brutal encounter between John Cena and Randy Orton. The other members of the Legacy tried to interfere in the match, but Cena used handcuffs to put a submission over Orton and thus won the title.
However, at the Hell in a Cell PPV, Cena again lost the title to Randy. The other two members of the Legacy kept assaulting John Cena. Both Cena and Orton met in a final encounter at the Bragging Rights PPV in a 60 minute Iron Man match, where Cena showed superiority over Orton and won the match with 6-5 points. This was perhaps the most vicious Iron Man match in WWE history, which ultimately ended the rivalry between Cena and the Legacy.
