5 Times Seth Rollins got physical with non-WWE Superstars

#2. Seth Rollins grapples with a fan on WWE Monday Night RAW

As noted above, Seth Rollins was attacked by a fan this past week on Monday Night RAW.

The former world champion finished his brawl with Finn Balor and was heading back up the ramp when he was rugby tackled by a fan. The fan came from out of nowhere, but Rollins was able to quickly lock him into a guillotine and was able to hold him until security made their way over.

The fan was then escorted out of the arena and later handed over to the NYPD. A few hours later WWE released a statement which revealed that Rollins had suffered a swollen lip as part of the attack, but refused medical attention backstage.

The 24-year-old who was responsible for the attack was arrested and later charged with attempted assault and disrupting a live sporting event.

Security was able to act fast to avoid much disruption to the show and as soon as it was made apparent that there was a fan attack, the camera angle was changed and the commentators ignored the incident.

Several referees and security headed out to help Seth Rollins, including Adam Pearce and Michael Hayes. At one point it was even revealed that Rollins' wife Becky Lynch came to the entrance ramp in order to check on her husband after the fan had been escorted out of the arena.
