Eddie Guerrero clapped back at a fan who attacked him on WWE RAW
On the May 27, 2002 edition of WWE RAW, Eddie Guerrero met Rob Van Dam in a Ladder match, which was contested for the Intercontinental title. The bout is regarded as one of the greatest in the history of Monday Night RAW, and has been acknowledged as such by WWE itself. At one point during the match, Eddie put RVD down and set up the ladder in the middle of the ring. As Eddie was climbing atop the ladder, a fan came out of nowhere and dropped the ladder, with Eddie somehow managing to land on his legs without receiving much damage.
Immediately, an official grabbed the fan and tried to take him away. Eddie wasn't letting the fan go without some much-deserved retribution though. He punched the fan as hard as he could while the latter was being taken out of the ring by the official, and managed to hit him once again before security took him away.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
