I don't know if Bayley will lose the SmackDown Women's Champion to Naomi, but I wouldn't be surprised if she were to drop the title. Bayley has been the Champion for a considerable amount of time, and because it's impossible to imagine either Becky Lynch, Bray Wyatt or Brock Lesnar dropping their titles before WrestleMania, one assumes that Bayley will lose her prestigious Championship. And this is because it could lead to a very interesting scenario, in my opinion.

As things stand at the moment, Bayley and Sasha Banks are on the same page, allied as 'best friends' and 'role models'. But we all know that the money is in them feuding against one another, considering that they created magic back when they worked each other, taking the women's evolution to the next level. So, if Naomi were to win the title or even Sasha Banks does at the Elimination Chamber, it could lead to some very exciting possibilities.
Bayley losing the SmackDown Women's Championship may make the product very interesting, in my opinion.
