#3 A face-off with The Show-off
After successfully defending the WWE World Heavyweight Champion against Seth Rollins on both RAW and SmackDown prior to brand extension, a six-pack challenge match was announced to crown a new challenge for Ambrose at Summerslam. Dolph Ziggler pinned Styles to become Ambrose's challenger at SummerSlam 2016.
Prior to their match at SummerSlam, Ambrose and Ziggler were face-to-face in a promo segment. Despite being a babyface at that time, Ambrose subtly positioned himself as a heel during the segment by saying that it doesn't care about people think about it. He also dissed Ziggler for complaining about not being afforded opportunities.
