#4 Ruby Riott
Ruby Riott is arguably the most well-known Superstar on the list who has battled all around the world to showcase her skills in traditional, and some bizarre, matches. She's won a number of singles and tag team Championships on various promotions.
Riott signed with the company in late 2016, and fans were thrilled to have her on the largest wrestling promotion. She made her debut soon after and showcased a great heel character which became a prominent feature of the Black and Gold brand.
During her time in NXT, she competed in a few No. contender's matches and also NXT Championship matches, but was unsuccessful in coming out on top in most of them.
She later debuted on the main roster along with Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan, as WWE brought in a new faction called The Riott Squad with Riott leading the pact.
Throughout her time on the main roster, Riott got some major matches but was never given a huge push which could help her get to the top of the women's division.
She even got some Women's Championship matches, but they were largely used to put the Champion on top at the expense of Riott, which further deteriorated her influence and credibility.
While Riott is out with an injury at the moment, it will be beneficial for the company to bring her back as a single's competitor with a much more dominating character and putting her on top of the women's roster to up the Championship game.
