#5 Lacey Evans
Lacey Evans joined the company in 2016 after a brief stint with some independent promotions. The company built her up during her days in NXT, and she ended up having one of the most refined characters on the developmental brand.
Her wrestling skills were always a bit stiff and she was subjected to a lot of criticism by the WWE Universe, but she continued to give it her best even though she never received a major opportunity in NXT.

Her hard work paid off, as she was moved to the main roster in December 2018, and continued to get really good backing from the commentators. This built her up extremely well, and she surprisingly got into a feud for the RAW Women's Championship as her first rivalry on the main roster.
After a lengthy feud with Becky Lynch, where she kept on ending up on the losing side, Evans was pushed down the ranks by the company and now competes on the mid-card.
The way Evans has been handled by the company has been quite confusing and surprising at the same time, as she has seen many ups and downs without any real results.
We hope Evans will get the right bookings soon, and improve enough for the WWE Universe to want to see her become a top champion in the company.
