Although Paige wanted to make the relationship work, she told Alicia Fox on the March 1, 2016, episode of Total Divas that she had been arguing with Kevin and she wanted him to leave their house for a couple of days when her mother visited.
It was revealed on the next Total Divas episode that Paige told Kevin one day before their one-year anniversary that she wanted to break up.
“The relationship ended more positively than I thought it was going to, but it still kind of s**ks. I am really bummed about it and I do feel terrible for Kevin, but right now I’m just going to focus on me. I just can’t deal with love right now. Maybe I should just give up on guys for a little bit.”
Kevin and Paige were even engaged at one stage, but Paige called off the engagement when she revealed that she only said yes to Kevin because she was afraid of losing him if she rejected his proposal.
