Carmella made her first appearance on Total Divas for the seventh season, in 2017. On the next season, Carmella returned as a guest member of the cast. On Total Divas' latest season, Carmella was again featured as a main cast member, and her real-life relationship with WWE announcer Corey Graves was highlighted on the show.

Graves and Carmella had been dating for a while. Even though they hadn't made it public yet, the lovebirds used to regularly post pictures together on social media. Finally, on an episode of Total Divas, Carmella spilled the beans to Sonya Deville and revealed that she is in a relationship with Graves. The duo was heavily featured throughout the season, and fans got a closer look at their personal lives in the process. Around a year later, Carmella and Corey Graves are still together and it wouldn't be a surprise if the duo is featured again in a future edition of Total Divas.
