WWE was trying very hard to find their next big Hispanic Superstar after Rey Mysterio but sadly have failed each time. The first such instance came in 2011 when the company signed one of the hottest stars in Mexico, Mistico. Mistico was a veteran of wrestling ring before arriving in the company and had competed all across the globe in promotions like New Japan Pro Wrestling, AAA and CMLL.

The Game, Triple H was believed to be largely responsible for bringing the Mexican Sensation to the WWE. But the Sin Cara character never really got over with the fans like the company hoped. The man behind the mask, Mistico, never really adapted to the in-ring style of the world's biggest wrestling promotion. The luchador would botch basic moves during his matches which grew as days passed.

Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.

In addition to that, Mistico was plagued with multiple injuries during his run in the company. The luchador also had to face a suspension for violating the company's wellness policy. All of this did leave a bitter taste in the luchador's mouth and he parted ways with the company in 2014. The Sin Cara character is currently being portrayed by Jorge Arias, also known by his previous moniker, Hunico.
