#1 Ricochet takes Brock Lesnar to the limit

One of the big title matches at WWE Super ShowDown sees Brock Lesnar defend the WWE Championship against Ricochet.

Let's briefly go into the backstory for this match. Days ahead of the Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar low-blowed Ricochet in the middle of the ring during RAW, leaving him in a crumpled heap.

At the Royal Rumble, Lesnar entered at #1 and went on a rampage until Drew McIntyre came out. Ricochet was also in the ring when McIntyre entered and he hit Lesnar with a lowblow, giving McIntyre the chance to hit Lesnar with a Claymore Kick, eliminating him from the Royal Rumble match. Ricochet later won a #1 contender's match on RAW to earn the right to face Lesnar.

Brock will have revenge on his mind at Super ShowDown and a section of fans expect this to be a squash match or last a couple of minutes at maximum. However, WWE could surprise us by having Ricochet go toe to toe with Lesnar, taking him to a longer match, akin to Lesnar's match with Finn Balor.

Ricochet is one of the most promising Superstars on RAW right now and making him look competitive against Lesnar could help his career a lot.
