Lana, who wasn't an active wrestler at the time, targeted Paige on Twitter for her comments about Reid in a tweet that was later deleted. But this was enough for a Twitter feud to kick off and it led to the two women having an intense exchange.

At the time, Lana was still playing the role of a manager and hadn't stepped foot in the ring. It would be another year before Lana would get into the ring and compete in matches.
For that brief period in 2016-18, Lana and Paige were both active wrestlers but this feud was never brought up and a match between the two didn't happen at any point. Paige retired from active competition on the RAW after WrestleMania 34.
