#3 John Cena’s run

While most fans knew that John Cena was probably going to face The Undertaker at the Superdome, the fact that he showed up and acted as a fan planted a seed of doubt into the minds of the WWE Universe. He was commenting on matches and treating himself to a beer, and yet while it was amusing, it still felt like there was more to the story.

Alas, we finally had a development when Cena was informed by a referee that The Phenom was present in the building and that the match was going to go ahead. Big Match John then got up and raced past Charlotte Flair, seemingly indicating that something big was about to go down.

It might seem like a small and inconsequential tidbit, but just go back and listen to the pop. People clearly cared.
