Or maybe we could be in for a very different kind of surprise. It has not been established who becomes the Intercontinental Champion if the heels defeat Cesaro in a big three-on-one match.
But maybe it is Cesaro who scores the pin, but Shinsuke Nakamura takes the Intercontinental Championship from him considering that he was the Champion prior to this. And this could anger Cesaro to such an extent that he could turn on Nakamura and go face in the process of doing so.

Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
Cesaro certainly has the favor of the WWE Universe and SmackDown is lacking in strong babyfaces at the moment meaning that Cesaro could certainly fill that void. One wonders if this could lead to a triple threat match between the members of this faction at WrestleMania for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Many have said that Cesaro has all the tools to be a breakout WWE Superstar and finally, he could realize his dreams with a betrayal at WWE Elimination Chamber to break up his faction.
