The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin have been involved in some epic matches. One such match was discussed in the previous slide but this one is not about a match but the buildup to it.
Back in 1999, Stone Cold was set to take on The Rock for the WWF Championship at WrestleMania XV with Mankind as the special guest referee. The self-proclaimed "corporate" champion, The Rock was in the ring cutting a promo with Vince and Shane McMahon when he was interrupted by Stone Cold, driving a beer truck to the ring.
Austin cut a promo standing on top of the truck and then went beside the truck even as The Rock offered up a reply. Before anyone could comprehend what was happening, Steve Austin re-emerged with a hose in his hand and started spraying The Corporation with beer!
The visuals of Vince McMahon 'swimming' in the middle of the ring with Austin continuing to drench him in beer will forever remain in the memories of the WWE Universe.
