Kevin Owens was a Universal Champion too. And unlike Finn Balor, he never received an opportunity at the title since he lost the title to Goldberg last year. Now that he dubs himself a man without consequences, I could see Owens claim a title shot against Roman Reigns.

Yes, I know he's currently feuding with Bobby Lashley. But how many feuds has WWE abandoned halfway through? Owens could also find an aide in Mahal to help him out, going forward.
