This is the most likely direction this storyline would take because of two reasons. One, because of Paul Heyman's appearance during this week's RAW which might be a way of foreshadowing the events.
The Beast normally accompanies Paul, but with Brock's current attention focused on UFC, Paul has no one to do dirty deeds for.

The second reason is that Bobby Lashley turned heel. If Paul Heyman is recruiting, Bobby Lashley and Dean Ambrose would be his best bets. Bobby and Dean have unparalleled strength and in-ring ability, not to mention the charisma Lio Rush would add to the team. If Brock returned, the team would dominate the entire WWE.
