Even if fans don't want Carmella to successfully win the title just the idea of witnessing a Money In The Bank cash-in will be enough to excite the fans in attendance.

But to swerve us all, Carmella could pull James Ellsworth behind her on a leash while he's wearing a referee shirt. She could announce how her pet Ellsworth is the special referee for the match and the shenanigans could start from there.
