This one might be interesting because it could validate something that happened on The Fashion Files when they did that brilliant parody of Reservoir Dogs. Fandango and Tyler Breeze went through Carmella's briefcase and only found dirty underwear... it was really gross, but one thing they didn't see was her Money In The Bank contract.

If Carmella waits until the perfect moment to seize the opportunity for a cash-in on a weakened champion and wins her title it would be a time worth celebrating, for the "Princess Of Staten Island". But the joyous demeanour from Carmella could quickly disappear when they look inside her briefcase to discover that there is no contract inside.

It turns out James Ellsworth lost it. Maybe he traded it for a loose meat sandwich or something. It would certainly be an interesting way to go about it if this was discovered and Carmella's newly won title was never recorded and the title goes back to the champion because of Ellsworth's negligence.
