#1 New Champions
As mentioned in the opening, almost every title in WWE - save for two - changed hands at last year's WrestleMania. Both Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins toppled their opponents and carried their respective brands until the fall. Rollins beat Brock Lesnar to win the Universal Championship while Kofi Kingston beat heel champion Daniel Bryan to win the WWE Championship.
This year, Goldberg defends the Universal title against Roman Reigns while Brock Lesnar puts his title on the line against Drew McIntyre. Reigns has already had time as the top star in WWE and it appears that it will be in that position again after WrestleMania. For McIntyre, however, it will be a long time coming as this will be his first-ever one on one world title shot on the main roster.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
Both men are likely to walk out of Tampa as champions. That means that the main-event dynamic will greatly change. And then the women's Champions are also both likely to change. Bayley and Lynch have been Champions on their shows for most the 2019 and 2020. For Bayley, she has been the focal point of the blue brand's women's division.
New Champions are usually a byproduct of the event and the title swaps freshen up the scenes of each division. We could also get new Intercontinental, US and RAW, SmackDown and Women's Tag Team Champions at the PPV. In summation, not every Champion walking into Tampa will leave with their gold.
