#2: Secondary Championship needs a better champion.
We may hate the Miz a lot, but that guy deserves all the praise he gets for bringing prestige back to the Intercontinental Championship. Seth Rollins won the belt at Wrestlemania but the championship has largely been overshadowed due to the Shield reunion.
The secondary title problem is a major issue on the blue brand too, with Nakamura defending the championship only on a select few occasions. The secondary belt should be a stepping stone for the mid-carders looking to make a name for themselves, and the IC title should be doing exactly that.
The Seth Rollins-Dean Ambrose rivalry doesn't need the IC title right now, and the title should belong to someone like Elias or Finn Balor.
Elias, Balor, Ziggler, Mcintyre, etc. could do a better job as the IC champion and WWE should try and achieve this as soon as possible.
