Who could be the 'storyline father' of Maria's chile?

One thing Maria Kanellis has been constantly hinting is that Mike isn't the father of her child. Him screaming “How can you be pregnant?” when she announced if on Monday Night Raw a few weeks back is also a possible hint in that direction.

While it is still not clear if WWE will be heading that way in the storyline, this 24/7 title reign of Maria could possibly hold the answer. Her dropping the title for the 'storyline father of the baby' just like the way Mike handed her the title could well and truly be the next step in that direction.
