It is clear that no one will be attempting to pin Maria Kanellis live on Monday Night Raw, SmackDown Live or 205 Live. It would be a very dangerous thing to do and nobody would want to take such a high risk.

The next best thing for WWE to do would be to force her to relinquish the title as it is something that has to be defended any time, any place. While it is not her fault that nobody is attempting to take the title off her, the issue would be that nobody is able to get it off her because of her pregnancy.
Moreover, WWE cannot have her walking around with the title all the time as the 24/7 championship segments are something that the WWE Universe have loved so far.
