A two-time NXT Champion, Samoa Joe has taken on some of the greatest that the brand has ever had. Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakamura, Baron Corbin, Austin Aries, Kevin Owens, Eric Young, and more have felt the wrath of The Samoan Submission Machine.

Knowing that, and that he's one of the most believable monsters in all of professional wrestling past, present, or future, he's the perfect one to take the belt off of Karrion Kross. The Bringer of Doomsday already "punched a hole through the Mount Rushmore of NXT" by defeating four of the brand's best at In Your House. Who can stand up to him?

Probably someone who has gone toe-to-toe with Brock Lesnar and nearly put The Beast Incarnate to sleep. Joe will choke out Kross and reclaim the NXT Championship.

This can happen following any other situation. This is how Karrion Kross leaves NXT. He won't take losing the NXT Championship well, and he'll be on the warpath to destroy the CWC and anyone on the roster to get it back.

Odds are, he'll even attack NXT GM William Regal. When Joe returned to NXT, he said that he would do everything in his power to make sure everyone on the roster showed him the respect he deserved. If not, they'd have to answer to him.

Whether this is for the title or not, it doesn't matter. Joe will face Kross in what could be one of the most brutal showdowns on NXT this year. When the dust settles, it will be Kross down on the mat while Joe has his hand raised.
