Survivor Series is known for a lot of things including surprising debuts. While the fans could still hold on to the possibility of seeing Paige make a triumphant return at Survivor Series, there's always the chance another big debut could be on the way.

The Authors Of Pain have been in NXT for a while now and held the top titles in WWE's developmental territory. With The Undisputed Era's emergence in NXT, this could give AOP a chance to take their talents to a bigger stage.

NXT TakeOver: WarGames might just be Authors Of Pain's NXT swansong and provide a launching pad to debut on the main roster the next night at Survivor Series.

What if The Shield vs. The New Day's big match witnesses an interruption by the surprise debut from Akam and Rezar alongside Paul Ellering? Such a debut would certainly put them on a high level on the main roster right off the bat and give the fans a decent display of their destructive powers.

It would also leave some question about which main roster brand Authors Of Pain belongs to since this is a cross-promotional matchup. WWE has the opportunity to play out a fun story here.
