The RAW commentary team has seen many changes over the last year. The show is determined to have the three-person booth and still haven't found the right chemistry yet on Monday nights.

There has been an experiment with Renee Young on commentary as well as Dio Madden with both of them no longer in the booth.

Jerry Lawler isn't getting any younger and will need to be replaced at some point. Many fans loved the commentary that Samoa Joe provided at the end of 2019 and felt he added depth and logic.

I pointed to Paige's charisma earlier and will continue it here. Given her knowledge and charisma, it's a no brainer to allow her a spot in the booth. It's obvious WWE wanted a female presence at one time using Young on commentary and Paige would be an excellent voice for the RAW brand.
